These terms cover the website only. Client engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which control in the event of any conflict with these terms.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact information from the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation
• Use the site to transmit malware or unlawful content
• Reproduce or republish site content without written permission

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including copy, design, logos, graphics, case studies, and the ProspectRamp name and marks, is owned by ProspectRamp, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Client names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.

4. Forms and submissions

Information you submit through a form or booking request is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship. No engagement begins until both parties sign a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

5. No guarantee of results

Case studies, testimonials, metrics, and ROI projections on this site describe past engagements or illustrative scenarios. They are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of results for any other business. Outbound performance depends on your offer, market, sales process, and factors outside our control. Any figures produced by the ROI calculator are estimates you generate from inputs you choose, not a projection of your results.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

7. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted by one arbitrator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in English. Either party may seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
