Privacy Policy

ProspectRamp, LLC ("ProspectRamp," "we," "us") operates prospectramp.com and provides managed B2B outbound email services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

It covers two groups: people who visit this website, and people who receive email from a campaign we operate on behalf of a client. If you received an email from us and want to be removed, skip to "Business contacts and outbound campaigns."

1. Information we collect

From website visitors:

From clients and prospective clients:

From business contacts in campaigns:

2. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Legal basis (EEA and UK)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests in B2B marketing and business development, contractual necessity for client engagements, and legal obligation where required. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Business contacts and outbound campaigns

When we run a campaign, we send email on a client's behalf to business contacts matched to that client's targeting criteria. Every message identifies the sender, states why you were contacted, and includes a way to opt out.

To be removed: reply to the message asking to be removed or email privacy@prospectramp.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly and add the address and its domain to a permanent suppression list applied across our campaigns.

You may also ask us what data we hold about you, where it came from, and request correction or deletion.

5. Service providers

We use third parties to operate the business, including email sending and deliverability platforms, B2B data providers, email verification services, CRM and workflow tools, scheduling software, analytics, cloud hosting, and payment processors. These providers access personal data only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Data retention

We keep client data for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Suppression list entries are kept indefinitely, because that is what allows us to keep honoring an opt-out. Website analytics data is retained on a rolling basis.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of marketing. California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@prospectramp.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

11. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
